Chicken and spinach rolls


  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 12 spinach leaves
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Salted cheddar cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Method of Preparation:

Tenderize the chicken breasts by lightly pounding them until they are slightly softened.

Brush each chicken breast with mustard and then season with salt and black pepper.

Take two spinach leaves and place them on top of each other. In the center of each stacked leaf, add a small amount of both mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Roll up the chicken breast with the spinach and cheese filling, securing the roll with a toothpick to hold it together.

Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat. Place the wrapped chicken rolls in the pan and cook them until they are fully cooked and the chicken is no longer pink. This will result in a golden-brown and flavorful exterior.

Serve the cooked Spinach Chicken Rolls alongside fettuccine pasta or any type of pasta with a creamy sauce.
